Two copies of the client's digital data are preserved on two distinct current and proven media and recording technologies. The media and recording devices chosen will be those most beneficial to the client, and in common use throughout the industry. Both media sets are stored in a secure facility, temperature and humidity controlled, FM-200 fire-protected and monitored regularly. 

DPTS will monitor technology trends, alerting you to potential problems related to each media. If any media is deteriorating or becoming obsolete, we shall proactively migrate the client's data to a better media at no extra cost.

At the end of the Stewardship Programme, we guarantee your digital data will be residing on a newer media technology than it was at the start.
