DIPLOMAT™ Logman DIPLOMAT LOGMAN is a utility program for well log digital data. It includes options for reformatting, listing, editing and extracting files, curves and depth ranges. Standard Features Automatic format analysis and recognition of well log formats and method of encapsulation Any input device commonly found in the industry is handled - for example 9-track tape drive, cartridge drives DAT drives, CD and disk files Batch mode or interactive operation Interactive operation allows full Operator control over input device for maximum recovery of data on decaying and stiction tapes Detailed list of tape contents, including header information and data samples, can be produced Header information can be edited and augmented Specific files, curves and depth ranges can be extracted A series of tapes (of different formats) can be reformatted or listed in one pass using a single command Output format options include DLIS, LIS and LAS A Logman project Control File (LCF) serves as a database for a single project.
