Following
the recent successful management buyout at DPTS, the Directors are pleased to
announce the establishment of a new company, DPTS Storage Limited.
This company will assume the management of the
DPTS Data Storage Facility in Sidcup, Kent.
Both Alan Jepson and Tony Miller, the principal shareholders and
Directors of DPTS Limited, will be Directors of DPTS Storage Limited and Paul
Fisk will continue as Data Centre Manager.
DPTS are also pleased to announce that John
Knowles and Chris McCarthy have joined the Board of Directors of DPTS Storage
Limited and will be actively involved in our endeavours to create a leading Oil
and Gas sector brand. John and Chris
have significant experience in Document Management and related business
activities. Their collective experience and expertise will provide a solid
platform to secure substantial growth of the business.
The traditional business of DPTS - data
transcription and recovery, seismic section and well log scanning and
digitising – will continue to be provided by DPTS Limited.
