Petronas
A major data re-mastering project for Petronas, the state oil company of Malaysia, in association with Orogenic Resources Sdn. Bhd.
DPTS have been working with Orogenic Resources in Malaysia for over ten years and are providing technical expertise including equipment, software and technical support. Orogenic Resources are providing the local infrastructure, staff and other ancillary services.
The Petronas project involves re-mastering approximately 220,000 seismic and well log tapes plus cartridges to 3590 cartridges. The work is being performed in the Petronas tape store in Kuala Lumpur.
